Oven Type Rock And Roll(swing) Machine

The oven-type rock and roll machine features a hinged oven and rocking bed as its core components. During heating, the hinged lid closes to minimize heat loss, while the hot air circulation system ensures uniform temperature rise. The rocking bed drives mold rotation, combined with the oven's precise temperature control to guarantee consistent wall thickness for thick-walled and complex products. Some models are equipped with lateral transfer carts and automatic lifting assemblies, enabling simultaneous part removal and mold loading to enhance efficiency. The design balances simplicity and practicality, making it suitable for trial production and large-scale specialty molding while maintaining relatively controllable energy consumption.

We offer two brands of burners: Italian Riello  and  German Weishaupt. Customers can choose according to their actual needs. Natural gas, liquefied gas, diesel, etc. can all be used on the machine.

HMI system featuring touchscreen + remote control facilitates mold installation/demolding, boosting production efficiency;

All motors—including major/minor shaft rotation, thermal circulation fans, cart movement, and oven door operation—are VFD-controlled (smooth operation, high efficiency);

Ocen Tunnel Settings: Adjustable airflow volume/direction (different product volumes require distinct airflow control);

Heating/Cooling Functionality: Multi-stage heating and cooling settings; real-time temperature monitoring; recipe storage capability to save and recall specific product process parameters.

Remote Terminal Maintenance Module: Enables mobile device monitoring of equipment status, remote troubleshooting, and system upgrades (supports all network connections, 4G, Wi-Fi, and wired connections).
