On the morning of August 29, 2025, Ningbo Starway Roto Co., Ltd. successfully conducted the specialized training session “The Role and Responsibilities of Managers” in the company training room, meticulously organized by the General Manager's Office. This training focused on enhancing the management skills of Starway Roto's mid-to-senior level managers, aiming to help managers with technical backgrounds achieve a successful transition to management roles. As a high-tech enterprise specializing in rotomolding, Starwway Roto. has experienced rapid growth within the industry. With the continuous expansion of its business, numerous technical experts have been promoted to management positions. However, they face significant challenges during this role transition. To address this issue, the General Manager's Office has organized this targeted training program.
