    Product Features

    Lined shuttle rotomolding machines feature multiple independent arms operating along a track-based shuttle system. Each arm can be individually controlled, enabling flexible access to identical or different heating and cooling stations. This design supports simultaneous production of products with varying cycle times, allowing loading/unloading on other arms while one is heating—eliminating downtime. Designed for large, heavy-duty products, it incorporates precise temperature control and rotating arm ventilation to ensure uniform wall thickness. Production continues during mold changes, balancing efficiency with flexibility.
    Hot Air Circulation

    The oven adopts a pure hot air circulation heating method, and the hot air can be directed to the mold at an intelligent adjustment speed to form deep cavity products.

    Sealed Oven Door

    The oven door adopts an anti-deformation structure with good sealing performance; the frequency conversion drive is fast and stable.

    Wireless Communication

    Adopt digital wireless communication technology, making equipment installation more flexible, simplifying electrical line connection, and supporting remote access to all machine software for assistance.
