    Product Features

    Shuttle rotomolding machines feature a rail-based shuttle structure at their core, typically incorporating 2-4 mold carts. These carts traverse rails between stations such as heating and cooling zones, enabling separation of heating and cooling processes to prevent energy waste.
    Offering flexible operation, it suits multi-variety, small-to-medium batch production with quick mold changeovers. Its relatively simple structure keeps initial investment and maintenance costs low, though its single-batch output falls short of tower rotary machines. This makes it more suitable for producing small-to-medium hollow products.
    Intelligent Heat Distribution The oven adopts a pure hot air circulation heating method, and the hot air can be directed to the mold at an intelligent adjustment speed to form deep cavity products.
    Anti-Deformation Oven Door The oven door adopts an anti-deformation structure with good sealing performance; the frequency conversion drive is fast and stable.
