    Product Features

    Shuttle rotomolding machines feature a rail-based shuttle structure at their core, typically incorporating 2-4 mold carts. These carts traverse rails between stations such as heating and cooling zones, enabling separation of heating and cooling processes to prevent energy waste.
    Offering flexible operation, it suits multi-variety, small-to-medium batch production with quick mold changeovers. Its relatively simple structure keeps initial investment and maintenance costs low, though its single-batch output falls short of tower rotary machines. This makes it more suitable for producing small-to-medium hollow products.

    Oven & Heating System

    Pure hot air circulation heating method; hot air can be directed to the mold at an intelligent adjustment speed to form deep cavity products.
    Anti-deformation door structure with good sealing performance; frequency conversion drive is fast and stable.
    Cylindrical oven design optimizes space utilization rate, resulting in a small heat-absorbing area that is energy-saving and environmentally friendly.
    The oven has undergone FEA heat utilization simulation analysis, delivering high heat utilization rate, fast heating rate, energy saving, and environmental protection.

    Control & Communication

    Digital wireless communication technology makes equipment installation more flexible and electrical line connection simple. Supports remote access to all machine software.
    Modular PLC design with Ethernet communication ensures stable signal transmission, eliminating issues caused by wiring faults.
    HMI system featuring touchscreen + remote control facilitates mold installation/demolding, boosting production efficiency.

    Mechanical Design

    Each arm is equipped with a single air line; dual air line is optional.
    Fully enclosed head and arm have undergone FEA simulation with high transmission accuracy, long lifetime, and a good lubrication system.
    Large flow negative pressure fans, including air cooling and water cooling, achieve fast cooling speed and high production efficiency.
    Carts are controlled independently, with a frequency conversion speed regulation system adopted to balance movement.

    Operation & Flexibility

    Up to three stations, from 2000 to 8500 mm (84" to 335") swing diameter.
    Advanced rotational molding machine requiring less space and offering high load capacity.
    Central oven and one station on each side of the oven for cooling and demolding. Consecutive cycles of the same arm are possible while the other is waiting, loading, or unloading.
    Suitable for simultaneous production of products with large time differences at each molding stage.

    Burner & Process Configuration Options

    Burner Brands: We offer two brands of burners: Italian Riello and German Weishaupt. Customers can choose according to their actual needs. Natural gas, liquefied gas, diesel, etc. can all be used on the machine.
    Oven Tunnel Settings: Adjustable airflow volume/direction (different product volumes require distinct airflow control).
    Heating/Cooling Functionality: Multi-stage heating and cooling settings; real-time temperature monitoring; recipe storage capability to save and recall specific product process parameters.
    Remote Terminal Maintenance Module: Enables mobile device monitoring of equipment status, remote troubleshooting, and system upgrades (supports 4G, Wi-Fi, and wired connections).
