Features of Square Shuttle Rotomolding Machine: Centered around a square heating chamber, it employs 2-4 shuttle carts moving along tracks to separate processes like heating and cooling. Its heating chamber maximizes space utilization, making it suitable for complex molds such as square or deep-cavity designs. Combined with a hot air circulation system and precise temperature control, it ensures uniform wall thickness in finished products. The equipment supports independent operation of multiple arms, enabling quick mold changes while maintaining production. It accommodates small-to-medium batches of diverse products with low initial investment and energy consumption.
The oven adopts a pure hot air circulation heating method, and the hot air can be directed to the mold at an intelligent adjustment speed to form deep cavity products.
The oven door adopts an anti-deformation structure with good sealing performance, the frequency conversion drive is fast and stable.
Adopt the digital wireless communication technology, so the equipment installation is more flexible, the line connection of the electrical part is simple, and support remote access to all machine software for assistance.
Each arm is equipped with a single air line; a dual air line is optional.
