    Features of Square Shuttle Rotomolding Machine: Centered around a square heating chamber, it employs 2-4 shuttle carts moving along tracks to separate processes like heating and cooling. Its heating chamber maximizes space utilization, making it suitable for complex molds such as square or deep-cavity designs. Combined with a hot air circulation system and precise temperature control, it ensures uniform wall thickness in finished products. The equipment supports independent operation of multiple arms, enabling quick mold changes while maintaining production. It accommodates small-to-medium batches of diverse products with low initial investment and energy consumption.

    Pure Hot Air Circulation

    The oven adopts a pure hot air circulation heating method. Hot air can be directed to the mold at an intelligent adjustment speed to form deep cavity products.

    Anti-Deformation Door

    The oven door adopts an anti-deformation structure with good sealing performance. The frequency conversion drive is fast and stable.

    Wireless Communication

    Digital wireless communication makes equipment installation flexible and simplifies electrical line connection. Supports remote access to all machine software.

    Flexible Arm Configuration

    Each arm is equipped with a single air line; a dual air line is optional. Highly flexible with 1/2/3 arms and up to 4 stations for simultaneous heating, cooling, and disassembly.

    Oven Tunnel Settings: Adjustable airflow volume and direction (different product volumes require distinct airflow control). Multi-stage heating and cooling settings with real-time temperature monitoring and recipe storage capability to save and recall specific product process parameters.
    Remote Terminal Maintenance Module
    Enables mobile device monitoring of equipment status, remote troubleshooting, and system upgrades (supports all network connections, including 4G, Wi-Fi, and wired connections).
