During heating, the hinged lid closes to minimize heat loss, while the hot air circulation system ensures uniform temperature rise. The rocking bed drives mold rotation, combined with the oven's precise temperature control to guarantee consistent wall thickness for thick-walled and complex products. Some models are equipped with lateral transfer carts and automatic lifting assemblies, enabling simultaneous part removal and mold loading to enhance efficiency.
