    Carousel rotomolding machine is based on the core of tower type multi-station structure, usually set up 3-6 stations, can carry out the heating, cooling, demolding and other processes simultaneously, the mold cycle running without waiting, high production efficiency. It adopts hot air or infrared heating, with precise temperature control and independent temperature adjustment for each station, and it can also be equipped with an automatic system to reduce manual intervention, which is suitable for a wide range of hollow products from small toys to large tanks, and the energy consumption per unit is also relatively lower.

    • Oven channel adopt the hot-air cycle method the hot-air spray to the mould directly, suit for molding deep-cavity plastic product.
    • The oven door adopts patented anti-deformation structure with good sealing performance. Frequency conversion walking speed, good stability.
    • Each arm is equipped with a single air line; dual air line is optional.
    • The cylindrical oven structure is designed with high space utilization rate, and the oven has a small area of heat absorption, which is energy-saving and environmentally friendly.

    • PLC Control Solution: Modular PLC design with Ethernet communication ensures stable signal transmission, eliminating issues caused by wiring faults; HMI system featuring touchscreen + remote control facilitates mold installation/demolding, boosting production efficiency; All motors—including major/minor shaft rotation, thermal circulation fans, cart movement, and oven door operation—are VFD-controlled (smooth operation, high efficiency).
    • Oven Tunnel Settings: Adjustable airflow volume/direction (different product volumes require distinct airflow control).
    • Heating/Cooling Functionality: Multi-stage heating and cooling settings; real-time temperature monitoring; recipe storage capability to save and recall specific product process parameters.
    • Remote Terminal Maintenance Module: Enables mobile device monitoring of equipment status, remote troubleshooting, and system upgrades (supports all network connections, 4G, Wi-Fi, and wired connections).
